On 25th May 2018 the EU General Data Protection
Regulation (GDPR) entered into force to regulate the management and processing of personal
data.
The EVER-EST infrastructure, in order to allow login and access to its
services, collects the following user data:
- first name,
- last name,
- username,
- email,
- category,
- organization,
- community.
The above personal data are used exclusively to permit access to the
EVER-EST infrastructure and to its services. No profiling or further
processing is applied to these data. All possible measures are adopted
protect data privacy and to avoid any leak or improper use of personal data.
Personal data will be stored for a period of one year after the end of
EVER-EST project.
ACS is the Controller of personal data collected and managed in EVER-EST.
Each user has the right to request from the Controller access to and
rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing
concerning the data subject or to object to processing as well as the
right to data portability.
Each user has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To complete the registration to the EVER-EST infrastructure we kindly
ask you to explicitly accept the conditions described above.
If you do not accept the above conditions you will not be authorised to
access the EVER-EST services.
